Terms of Service

1. Definitions

In these Terms of Service:

• "Anocs", "we", "us", "our" means ANOCS Pty Ltd (ABN 66 684 574 025), trading as Alpha & Omega Cleaning Supplies.
• "Site" means anocs.com.au.
• "You" means any visitor or registered customer of the Site.
• "Products" means cleaning supplies and equipment listed on the Site for purchase or rental.
• "Services" means rental, repair, and SDS-management services offered through the Site.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

3. Account use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at info@anocs.com.au if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts are for use by individuals or businesses; you must be at least 18 years old or have authority to act on behalf of a business entity.

4. Ordering & payment

All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD). GST treatment is shown on the product page and at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (currently card, Klarna, Link, Zip).

An order is accepted only when you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailability of stock).

5. Shipping & delivery

We ship to addresses within Australia. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and the carrier. We will provide tracking information when available. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

6. Returns & refunds

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms. In addition, we offer the following discretionary return policy:

• Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable).
• Faulty or incorrectly supplied products: contact us at info@anocs.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds are processed via the original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days of receipt of the returned goods.

7. Warranties & product safety

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty (where applicable). We do not provide additional warranties beyond those implied by the Australian Consumer Law. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for chemical products are available on the Site at /sds; consult them before use.

8. Rentals & repairs

Equipment rentals are subject to the rental terms agreed at the time of booking, including period, return condition, and damage liability. See /rentals for the current rental program.

Repair services are quoted individually based on the machine and fault reported. See /repairs for service details.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, product descriptions) is owned by us or our suppliers and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without our written permission, except as needed to use the Site for its intended purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss arising from your use of the Site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
