How it works

Automatic from the first order

Sign up free

Every new account starts at Bronze. Orders placed signed-in count; guest checkout doesn’t.

Orders add up

A signed-in paid order’s product total after your discount (excl. delivery, incl. GST) adds to your rolling 12-month spend; refunds come back off.

Tiers upgrade automatically

Cross a threshold and your tier updates once payment is confirmed — we’ll email you when it does.

Reviewed yearly

Twelve months after unlocking a tier, your spend is re-checked. Keep the pace, keep the tier; otherwise you step down exactly one tier and the clock restarts — from Silver, that’s Bronze. Bronze never expires.
